Charles Okafor was hosted to a pre-production strategic meeting,in Togo,by the Director-General,and Special Advisor,Cinimatique,to the honourable Minister of Communication,Culture,Sports,in Lome. Discussions revolved around the forthcoming Audition,for a blockbuster,international Advocacy Motion Picture titled,"PEARLS ON 15 HILLS",which is slated,for principal photography,on locations in Lagos,Lome and Freetown,commencing in the month of July.
